What to Expect in your Initial Session:

1. Read, fill out and sign forms (can be done pre-visit).

2. In the appointment, the doctor will discuss a detailed review of your relevant health history, current concerns and goals as well as answer any and all questions you might have.

3. Classical East-Asian diagnostic physical exams such as traditional pulse taking, tongue examination and or abdominal and meridian palpation may be used.

4. Initial physical treatment may include acupuncture, bodywork, moxibustion, cupping, or any other modality deemed appropriate by the doctor or that you ask for specifically.

5. If the doctor decides it would be beneficial and you would like to try Chinese medicinal herbs or other supplements, a personalized herbal formula will be created just for you. Herbal formula* creation or supplement suggestions may include biofeedback machine testing.

6. Four food sample testing for reactivity with our German made biofeedback machine. (Choose any 4 of our extensive 300 samples – does not include alcohol)

Telemedicine

2. In the appointment, the doctor will go over a detailed review of relevant health history, current concerns and goals as well as answer any questions you might have.

3. Diagnostic consultation: possibly inclusion of any of the following classical East-Asian physical exams: tongue examination and abdominal diagnosis. The doctor might ask you to palpate your own abdomen and describe what you feel as well as show your tongue.

4. If the doctor decides it would be beneficial and you would like to try Chinese medicinal herbs and or other supplements, then a personalized herbal formula* may be created for you at our on-site compounding pharmacy.

Micro-Needling – 1st Session Discount

2. Discuss with one of our doctors a brief health history, your goals and expectations.

3. Chose two serums in addition to the base of Hyaluronic acid (HA), a naturally occurring substance found in the body known to hold 1000x its weight in water which helps to keep the skin hydrated and plump resulting in a more youthful appearance. (see details below.)

4. If it is not too warm, enjoy our Infrared precious stone biomat (see details below).

5. Cleansing of the face, neck and chest

6. Red light therapy in mask form (not to be confused with the infrared red light skin treatments with our professional device) + lidocaine application.

7. Auricular acupuncture and / or a few body acupuncture points will be included to benefit your overall wellbeing. Good health is necessary to looking vibrant.

Extended Acupuncture Follow-up

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit robs a patient on the wait list the opportunity to grab that spot and also disrespects the time of our Doctors and other practitioners.

For all cancellations and changes, we require a phone call to the office. If no one is available to answer the phone, please leave a message, the date / time stamp on the call will be valid for cancellation.

New patients:
Due to the length of the reserved appointment time, we require a $50 non-refundable fee in order to reserve your appointment.

If an appointment is changed or cancelled with no less than 72 hours notice, only the $50 non-refundable fee is collected.

New patients who miss their appointment or cancel with less than 72 hours notice before a scheduled visit, will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

Returning patients:
If an appointment is changed or cancelled with no less than 24 hours notice before a scheduled appointment, no payment is required.

Patients who provide less than 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling notice or just don’t show up, will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
