New patient consultations include:

• A diagnostic consultation including classical East-Asian physical exams such as traditional pulse taking and abdominal diagnosis.
• Detailed review of relevant health history and current goals.
• Initial physical treatment may include acupuncture, bodywork, moxibustion, cupping, or any other modality deemed appropriate by the doctor.
• Personalized herbal formulas may be prescribed.
• Herbal formulas/supplements are not included and are charged separately.

      Currently, we are not accepting insurance but we are happy to provide a super bill for your                            reimbursement

   Cancellation Policy:

      Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit is unfair to other                    patients who are waiting to see the doctors and  leaves a hole in the practitioners’ day.

• For new patients, due to the length of the reserved appointment time, we require a $50 non-refundable fee to reserve your appointment.
• If an appointment is changed or cancelled with at least 72hours notice, only the $50 non-refundable fee will be collected.
• If an appointment is missed, cancelled or less than 72 hours notice is provided prior to the scheduled visit then the full amount of  the new patient visit will be collected and is non-refundable.
• We require all changes or cancellation to be called into the office.
